Rudi - a Giftfinder with Flair

Our task was the development of a pre-Christmas activation idea that inspires Media Markt Facebook fans to buy their gifts in the electronics store’s online shop. In the pre-Christmas season, there’s no shortage of offers – but most people are short on time and ideas. So we developed Rudi - a Facebook Messenger bot.


Rudi speaks people where they are often found today and via a medium they gladly use– chat. Lovingly illustrated and animated, Rudi is never been at a loss for words, even when the requests exceeded his artificial intelligence. And because he learns with each interaction, he’s already fit for the next Christmas holiday
